Work was finished in good time, and Larry was very nice. A recall was performed on my vehicle within good time while I was waiting for the oil change.

I had an excellent experience at Patrick Hyundai Schaumburg, thanks to my salesperson, Tristan Diaz. Tristan was knowledgeable about the Hyundai Tucson SUV I was looking for and took the time to answer all of my questions. He found the exact vehicle I wanted with the right interior, making the buying process easy and enjoyable. One of the best surprises was that the vehicle came with a step ladder for my dog to get in and out. It wasn't a feature I was looking for, but it's something I absolutely love and will use all the time. The Atlantis Blue color is stunning and gives the SUV such an elegant look. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the outstanding customer service I received from Tristan and the team at Patrick Hyundai Schaumburg. My experience with Patrick Hyundai was very disappointing from start to finish. I arrived about 20 minutes before opening to use the overnight drop box, but there were no pens available to complete the drop-off form, so I had to wait until the dealership opened. When I mentioned this to my service advisor, Mike VanHoosier, he insisted there were pens in the box. I had already checked, so it felt like he was implying I wasn’t telling the truth. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he responded, “Boy, we are not starting the morning off on the right foot.” Another inconvenience was that service opens at 7:00 AM, but the shuttle doesn’t start until 8:00 AM. Because of that, I had to pay for an Uber just to get to work on time. Communication regarding repairs was also poor. I repeatedly asked for a written estimate on the spark plug replacement, but Mike would only provide a verbal estimate of about $375. He later texted me, “The technician has to do this, I will make it work for you with a coupon if it’s more but shouldn’t.” Despite that assurance, I was charged $387.43. When I got home, I also noticed I was overcharged for the wiper blades. The estimate listed them at $56.65, but my final invoice charged $76.60, with no explanation. Overall, I found the customer service, communication, and billing to be unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Patrick Hyundai.

Tyler is not very proficient at follow up with the customer. Few times i left message never a call back or a few days later. Needs huge improvement with customer service and communication and Spoke to the Assistant Service manager about my experience.

I had a great experience purchasing my Tuscan Hybrid here. Tristian made it extremely smooth. He gave me all the info I needed prior and once I arrived my car was ready to go. Paperwork was quick and easy. Very happy with my purchase and price, much better deal than I was offered at other Hyundai dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership. It was worth the drive from Chicago.
