Came in for an oil change a few days ago and had Tyler as my service advisor. He was friendly and easy to work with, handled everything with care and precision.

Had to bring the vehicle in six times for the same issue. On top of that they fix something that didn't need to be fixed. It would only reimburse me half of it.

First of all, I want to thank Mani, who sold me my car over a year ago. His service was excellent, and the used car was in perfect condition. I also want to thank Larry, who handles repairs and maintenance. He always provides excellent service, and I appreciate his recommendations. This is definitely my go-to shop for car maintenance.

I told him about noise I was hearing. He explained what would be done including an update. And pointed out the 45,000 maintenance service which would cover my oil change and other things. I accepted it.

Was estimated that my parts would be there in 1-3 business days. My car was there being worked on for 4 weeks. I called weekly for an update. I was forwarded to Larry 4 times and never got a call back. I had to call and ask to talk to 'anyone other than Larry' to get an update.
