I drove in without appointment due to check engine light being on, but they took me in anyway
Timing was good. I asked for a wheel rotation and alignment. They called me to tell me that I needed two new tires so they already rotated tires . I chose not to get the two new tires and not get the alignment. I was charged the rotation fee which is fair but was also charged for the alignment. I had to go back in and get those charges reversed.

Came in for an oil change a few days ago and had Tyler as my service advisor. He was friendly and easy to work with, handled everything with care and precision.

I told him about noise I was hearing. He explained what would be done including an update. And pointed out the 45,000 maintenance service which would cover my oil change and other things. I accepted it.
Was estimated that my parts would be there in 1-3 business days. My car was there being worked on for 4 weeks. I called weekly for an update. I was forwarded to Larry 4 times and never got a call back. I had to call and ask to talk to 'anyone other than Larry' to get an update.
