She walked me through each step of the process and even contacted Hyundai to secure 90% coverage on my powertrain repairs (fuel injector), despite my warranty expiring at 60K miles, and my car being at 62K. This was incredibly helpful since these types of repairs can be very expensive. Since Elantra N are sport models, the allotment/inventory is pretty less and all the dealers at that time within 200 mile radius of Schaumburg quoted mark-ups of at least 2000$ above MSRP.
