Poor communication. Car brought in 3 months ago for the same problem, was told no AC leak, only needs AC recharge. Same AC problem now. No warranty on service done. Being charged full cost of AC repair and another AC recharge.
Took over a month to get my car back. When I did, it still wasn't fixed properly. So I had to come back in and wait another three weeks. Unacceptable.
Everything went extremely smooth. They looked at my car, found out all the items that needed to be taken care of, and gave me the cost of each one which I could simply check to do it or check to not do it, and they were fast on the repair and I went home satisfied
The technician did a clean and quick oil change. Multipoint inspection was also performed. The car was washed. All done within less than an hour. Thank you!
Brought my car in for recall at 10am and was told my should be done by 2:00 and that they will call me when it is done. By 3:00, I called them and someone from service said someone would contact me. Well 4:00 o’clock rolls around and no call and they were closing at 5:00 because of the holiday. So I have my wife drive me there and explain the situation to service and the guy looks me up on the computer and tells me my car is ready. When I asked why no one called, he didn’t have an answer.

Of course more work was needed so my 2 hr appt took 3 hours. Seems several people showed up without appointments for oil changes.

I took my car for repairs few times here. The service manager Peter is exceptional. He was helpful, informative, and addressed my concerns in a timely manner.

However, I was genuinely shocked that after my routine maintenance appointment on 03/25/26, which cost me $2,095 and included various services, I had to return on 05/12/26 due to an issue that wasn't apparent two months earlier. Great dealership well organized, but it takes the mechanics too long for an oil change. I am a heavy duty truck mechanic for 34+ years and I know it doesn't take 90 minutes to change oil. My appointment was 8 AM. It was two people in front of me.

Went in for an engine light issue. I Didn't have an appointment, but they took a look at it anyway.
Went to the service department to get a trailer hitch installed and wiring harness and they had it done in less time than they quoted me. There was a couple questions about the bill, but Peter from service smoothed everything out and did a really excellent job. I had a chance to talk to Ryan from sales who is my sales representative and he also helped check on a couple things and was a 5 rating.
Ryen was excellent and so was Caden. They walked me through everything about the vehicle along with Mohammed, who was excellent as well.
Dealership was clean. Larry was great. Love that a video is provided in the report summary.
