We had an overall good experience with this dealership. Only had a little confusion between having an appt & someone walking in and we both wanted the same car. Luckily the manager overheard me getting upset & quickly stepped in & explained to the specific sales person that I had 1st shot. 7 days after buying the car the windows wouldn't roll up from the drivers side, we didn't have an extended warranty but I called the dealership & Philip Merza told me to bring it in.
