I was really back and forth about what car to get, and truthfully, didn’t end up buying a Hyundai, but it really came down to aspects of the car. Yesterday I made an appointment very easily with Eliza and the internet department. Came in today and was greeted warmly by Katie, Scott, and Maz. Everyone we met right away was so kind and happy to help us find the right car. Special thanks to Johnathon Medina for taking us on a couple test drives to make sure we made the right decision. After finding the car we wanted we met Naeem in finance he was thorough and explained everything from payment plans to warranty. We left happy and excited to drive our new Hyundai.

Great car, AWFUL service! This dealer needs training badly and isn't ever worth waiting for!!! I dropped my IONIQ9 off in May for a broken front sensor and they still have it 7 weeks later AND STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT THE RESOLUTION WILL BE. Horrible! I've bought a Tucson from them in the past and had a good experience but amd now changing my whole mind about this dealership (and maybe Hyundai as a whole) because of this experience. Wish I could give zero stars, but the minimum is 1. Consider yourself warned.

Poor communication. Car brought in 3 months ago for the same problem, was told no AC leak, only needs AC recharge. Same AC problem now. No warranty on service done. Being charged full cost of AC repair and another AC recharge.
Took over a month to get my car back. When I did, it still wasn't fixed properly. So I had to come back in and wait another three weeks. Unacceptable.
Everything went extremely smooth. They looked at my car, found out all the items that needed to be taken care of, and gave me the cost of each one which I could simply check to do it or check to not do it, and they were fast on the repair and I went home satisfied
The technician did a clean and quick oil change. Multipoint inspection was also performed. The car was washed. All done within less than an hour. Thank you!
Brought my car in for recall at 10am and was told my should be done by 2:00 and that they will call me when it is done. By 3:00, I called them and someone from service said someone would contact me. Well 4:00 o’clock rolls around and no call and they were closing at 5:00 because of the holiday. So I have my wife drive me there and explain the situation to service and the guy looks me up on the computer and tells me my car is ready. When I asked why no one called, he didn’t have an answer.

I really needed to come down a little bit more, but I like the vehicle however, I found out that it has a small crack in the windshield and I am not happy about that at all because I don't have the money to have a windshield fixed or replaced after purchasing a vehicle.
