Brand Keys is a New-York based customer loyalty and engagement consultancy that publishes their Customer Loyalty Engagement Index on an annual basis. The Brand Keys Index examines customer’s relationships with over 500 different brands in nearly 80 different categories, offering consumers a valuable guideline to follow when making big purchases.
