Hyundai is an automaker that’s definitely on the way up in the US, and it’s outgrown its old corporate headquarters, the one they let Rhys Millen hoon about in, at the wheel of the ‘stolen’ Genesis Coupe drift car.
Now, the South Korean automaker has released a rendering of what its new US headquarters building in Fountain Valley, California, will look like. The build was designed by renowned architecture and design firm Gensler and should set them back $150 million.
The new headquarters building will be approximately 419,000 square feet and six stories high.
"This new national headquarters represents Hyundai's vision for the future and reflects the innovation and creativity that our brand has come to represent," said Hyundai Motor America CEO John Krafcik. "It also reflects our commitment to invest in and benefit the communities in which we operate around the world."
