In Edmunds acceleration testing the Sport model could speed up from zero to sixty miles per hour (mph) in 8.2 seconds. For fuel economy with that engine you can expect to get up to 36 miles per gallon (mpg) highway, 25 mpg city and 29 mpg combined. The 2.0T model of this car comes with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. This engine produces 260 lb-ft of torque and 245 horsepower. Then there's the 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that is on the Eco trim. This engine puts out 195 lb-ft of torque and 178 horsepower. The Eco can let a driver speed up from zero to sixty mph in 7.5 seconds. The car's gas tank can hold up to 18.5 gallons of fuel in it.
Design of Hyundai Sonata
The Hyundai Sonata is available in Base, SE, Sport, Eco, Limited, Sport 2.0T and Limited 2.0T trim levels. There is also a Hybrid, but we will be focusing on the former trims. The Hyundai Sonata is a mid-size sedan. The Base model comes with sixteen-inch alloy wheels, a rear lip spoiler, full power accessories, air conditioning, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, heated mirrors and a 60/40 split-folding seatback. Technology features include a CD player, Bluetooth connectivity, a USB port, an auxiliary audio input and satellite radio. The SE trim will give you a Blue Link telematics system and a seven-inch touchscreen display. The Sport and Eco trims will give you an eight-way powered driver's seat and side mirrors with integrated turn signal indicators. The Limited will give you rear seat vents as well as dual-zone automatic climate control. The Sport trim comes with aluminum pedals. When all seats are in place you will have up to 16.3 cubic feet available for cargo inside the car.
